Joburg at a distance. We didn't spend much time there,
South to Gold Reef City including a trip down an gold mineshaft

TO MABULA GAME LODGE FOR THE SAFARI

Our "room". Its quite amazing to see some animals running around the backyard
including some "friendly" wild boars with huge tusks.
No we didn't see any snakes (Thank God)
Dinner at the lodge, the menu consisted of some unfamiliar sounding names and the speciality- crocodile meat.

The safari starts at the break of dawn for three days
